The experience

We are an adventure/ backpackers hostel In San Carlos de Bariloche, Argentina. There are a total of 7 rooms, with beds, kitchen, pool and place for barbeques. We are looking for people that would like to exchange help for accommodation, sharing some meals, etc.. with maintenance, reception and general hostel chores.. Bariloche is a great place with access to the mountains, snowboarding, etc..

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Pubs: Get discounts at nearby pubs.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Requirements

Intermediate Spanish or Intermediate English

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

**Please don't contact us more than a few days in advance. I have had far too many workawayer not show up, and give priority to those who are already in, or coming to bariloche anyways, as volunteering should be an enjoyable experience and moving on should be an easy option if it doesnt work out.That's why I like to meet and try it on with myself and the crew for 2 day period before confirming. Most helpers stay for a 2- 3 week min..
