Activities & Shift

The primary focus of the role is hosting our surf camp guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their stay.

This includes:
- Conducting room checks and occasionally assisting at the front desk
- Facilitating guest experiences by organizing social activities like sunset gatherings, local tours, and event recommendations
- Cultivating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our surf campers and other guests

In addition to these hosting duties, participants will spend approximately 4 hours per day 5 days a week in our surf shop and around 2 hours assisting at the hotel. Should they exceed daily hours on certain days, additional time off will be provided as per program guidelin

Rules

Participants are guided through a comprehensive one-week training and orientation period to ensure they are well-prepared for their hosting responsibilities. Our goal is to provide them with the tools they need to succeed and make a meaningful impact on the experiences of our guests.
