If you work the morning shift you gotta pack some ear plugs, because your dorm is right next to the common area and music is blasted until midnight, so you only get like 6 hours of sleep. But the location is top notch there is nothing you cannot do. So if you want to party or sleep at the beach every day, than I recommend you going here.

I'd love my time in the hostel because of the people there and the hostel it's incredible! However they have to have better communication and organization. They have to fix some things on the app according to what it offers, other than that it's communication and organization what they need! I met really nice people and I would deffo come back as a client. Not as a volunteer.

Super nice place, great location, constant activities. Most volunteers work in the am for 4-5 hours. Parties go until 12:30 every night & the volunteer room is right next door. There is literally no quiet place ever. Volunteers arej ust used as employees. There is no "transformational experience" and no attempt to make one. You pay for employee meals & eat the same food for lunch & dinner. There is an element of fear here from the top down and some volunteers left early. If you're after a "free" place to stay while you party you'll love it. Otherwise, you'll hate it.

It was my first volunteer, chase it bc of all the good reviews, yes, the place is great, the staff is amazing, perfect location, you meet a lot of people, and get to create a beautiful friendship with the volunteers, however, I do think the new host needs to improve the commitment, be engaged, and KIND for a truly collaborative experience, improve the responsibility and communication as well. The tasks can be tough, mostly when there's not staff so you have to cover their work. Overall I leave this place thankful with Asael, Kitchen & bar staff and my volunteers friends.

The hostel is a great hostel in terms of the place itself, its facilities, and its location in the hotel zone in Cancún. You will meet a lot of interesting and fun people, you will get to spend and therefore really get to know the other volunteers you work with, however, the management needs improvement in regards to communication and engagement towards their employees. As for me, I was originally supposed to help out in the field of animation/carrying out the activities of the hostel but was then moved to the breakfast shift after a fourth of my stay, without any prior consultation

Working at the hostel was a dream. The location is beautiful, rooms are very nice and clean. Everyone I worked with and interacted with was just amazing and truly welcomed me. I almost never wanted to leave! I'm so thankful for the experience that the hostel gave to me. I'll never forget the people I met or the memories I made.

The hostel was my first volunteering experience and also the best one!! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their Spanish and if you want to meet people from all over the world. Met the loveliest people during this trip, including the hostel and the management, both fantastic!!

The hostel is probably one of the best hostels in Cancun. Great location and space, organized and clean. The vacancy was to work for breakfast. This job can be a little bit tiring because you only have one free day a week, but it's worth it for the quality of the hostel and because you get two meals/day. I had a problem when I arrived because they changed my job to a different one that I applied with Worldpackers, but I talked to the manager and she put me in the right job. But the staff is really great and every week we have a feedback meeting. I highly recommend it!
