We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing volunteer to join our team as a Social Host & Receptionist. If you're a sociable person with the energy to engage with our guests and help at the reception, this is the perfect opportunity for you! πŸ˜ŽπŸ’¬

What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Activities & Shift

Responsibilities:

Social Host:
Organize and host social events, surf-related activities, and local tours to keep our guests engaged and entertained.
Create a welcoming atmosphere in the common areas, encouraging guests to mingle, relax, and share stories.
Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, and provide recommendations for local activities, surf spots, and restaurants.
Help maintain a clean and vibrant environment, ensuring guests feel comfortable and at home.

Receptionist:
Manage the front desk, greeting guests on arrival, and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
Answer phone calls, emails, and provide guests with information about the hostel and the local area.
Handle bookings, update availability, and manage any administrative tasks related to guest services.
