What you offer

18 hours of help per week

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.


What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Activities & Shift

Volunteers in social work typically work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. The day begins with community outreach activities from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, such as visiting vulnerable individuals, assisting with education programs, or supporting health and hygiene initiatives. In the afternoon, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, volunteers may assist with poverty alleviation efforts like food distribution, provide case management support, or engage in environmental projects. They also help organize workshops on topics like financial literacy, mental health, or sustainable living, while reflecting on their experiences during team debriefs and planning for future activities.

They must adhere to the organization's policies and safety protocols, ensuring that they treat all individuals with dignity and fairness, regardless of background or circumstances. Volunteers should respect confidentiality, refrain from judgment, and act with integrity in all interactions. They are responsible for being punctual, reliable, and maintaining a positive attitude, while also showing flexibility and a willingness to learn. Volunteers must communicate effectively with both team members and those they serve, and report any concerns or issues promptly to supervisors. Above all, they should contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment, fostering trust and collaboration within the community.
