Help me around the house & enjoy SOF!

The experience

My name is Kara, I am 50 and I am from Australia. I worked on private yachts all my life and now I am a freelanche chef. I have a very sporty 8 years old son who needs some help with his homework on Wednesday and I also want him to interact with people of all over the world.
I have big garden, therefore some help in gardening, prooning, cleaning & walking my dog is also needed (but not all the time). Also, I need some help to run my errands.

Program Details

During the morning I need your help to run errands for me in the computer like replying emails, booking appointments, purchasing online things, tiding up the house or helping in the garden. We will arrange the most convenient schedule for both.
On Wednesdays, my son doesn't go to school so I need a French speaker to help him with the homework; it is quite simple normally it takes 1 hour;
He also plays tennis, basketball; football; the guitar & he does Judo.

Activities & Shift

In the morning you can walk my dog (sometimes, because I also like doing it), hung & fold clothes, vacum the areas, mop, etc. I am very busy and here there are always things to do so. DYI, a lot of handyman activities. If you are not good at gardening and DIY it is fine as long as you can help me with the rest of the activities. It is flexible!

Rules

I am very careful with the usage of electricity, gas & water.
Therefore, you can wash your clothes in the night when is offpick & the stove can't be use after 8pm. Also, be mindful with the use of the shower.
If you want to invite someone to the house it's fine with prior notice but the person it's not allow to stay the night.
Around my house there are supermarkets, take away restaurants, one of the biggest yacht ports in the world, train & bus station, and you can use a bike that I have for guests.
