Cooking and the greenhouse
The experience
Help us to feed the volunteers with our produce.
The tasks are cooking 3 meals a day, the hours depending on the season. You maybe expected to be in the kitchen at 8am for breakfast and at 8pm for dinner.
Participate in cleaning the kitchen, tidying the house and directing other volunteers to help with tidying.
Another task includes taking responsibility for the greenhouse, keeping the existing plants alive and seeding new ones. Espanol/ingles
What you offer
32 hours of help per week
Kitchen Hand:
Help prepare, finish and serve meals.
Cooking:
Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.
What you get
1 day off per week
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Yoga classes:
Take free yoga classes at our place.
Holistic Therapies:
You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Beginner Spanish or Beginner English
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
Program Details
Have a plan of the meals that you are going to cook and make sure you pick the ingredients from storage or the fields.
Prepare 3 normal size meals a day.
Keep an inventory of the produce and keep the meals so we don't run out of one ingredient
Let us know what you are missing
Water the plants in the greenhouse, fill up new bags with compost, seed new ones
Activities & Shift
There is no schedule, we do not distinguish between work, play and just living, it all blends into one.
Rules
We normally get up very early, about 5am to start our exercises and go to be bed very early too, normally between 9 and 10pm. Although you do not have to stick to these time, we ask that the noise is kept to a minimum.
Also we do ask that you only use biodegradable products.
