The experience

At this moment, we don’t run yoga retreats but use the time for refurbishment, maintenance and deep cleaning.

We wash curtains, windows and yoga props, clean storage rooms or paint furniture or walls.

It is possible to bring a partner/friend but they would need to help us update our website and schedule posts on social media.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

What you get

3 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 21 and 60 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

We especially welcome volunteers who are curious about yoga or a yogic lifestyle. Begin your day with a morning yoga routine - it´s optional (you’ll have access to our online resources), get inspired to cook healthy meals, and practice mindfulness in your interactions—with others and with the environment.

Our intention is to work together joyfully and create something beautiful and meaningful, so that everyone involved feels a sense of purpose and pride in what we build together.

You might share the bedroom with 1-2 more people.

Activities & Shift

The usual working hours are Monday to Thursday but sometimes there are exceptions.

In your free time, you can enjoy nature or explore nearby cities like Tarragona, Reus or Barcelona. The beach is within walking distance. During summer, the town comes alive with visitors, while in winter it becomes peaceful and quiet — yet the international community in the area remains active and regularly organizes group events and activities.

Rules

No consumption of drugs allowed. We also request to not drink alcohol on the premises.
