Being a Forest Ranger is more than a job; it’s an adventure in the heart of nature every day. From sunrise hikes to check trails, to monitoring wildlife, to ensuring our forest remains safe and thriving—it’s a role that keeps you on your toes. You’ll plant trees, track animal activity, educate visitors on the beauty and importance of conservation, and even respond to emergencies like wildfires. What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.
Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.
Additional fee required
Amount: US$ 15 Per day
Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers, Materials for volunteer activities, and Donation to project
Description: Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers, Materials for volunteer activities, & Donation to ongoing project. Volunteer contribute $15 per day to cover expenses for daily meals, repair & maintenance, support our daily operational cost to sustain our conservation project - coral restoration and wildlife protection, and little bit funding our conservation centre.
What you get
2 days off per week
Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.
Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.
Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!
Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.
Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely
Requirements
Fluent English
Between 22 and 50 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
