My experience with the hostel was amazing! I'm so grateful to the staff and everyone involved for the possibility I've had. They were friends and family at the same time. I also had the chance to improve my English speaking skills and my social skills (that was very important for me) During my stay I've met a lot of people and made some lifelong connections and that's what I was dreaming of applying for this position. So 10/10. If you're thinking about that, just do it. It'll be worth it.

I had so much fun during my stay at the hostel in Chaweng. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and Matteo was an excellent manager! The provided meals were always SO GOOD and I will miss them everyday! Tasks were outlined clearly and I was given lots of free time to explore the island (I went to the beach literally everyday)! It really turned into a home away from home ❤️ miss it so much already!

I had the best experience ever with the hostel. Definitely a good host, who delivers everything he promises and more. In addition to making me feel at home from the first day, I felt super excited and happy to do what they asked of me. On ocean tours they gave me the opportunity to lead a group and the freedom to do it my way, meeting elephants, snorkeling in incredible places and connecting with incredible people watching the sunset. All this while "working". My social skills have certainly improved a lot after this volunteering. Miss you guys, see you some day ✌️✌️

I truly loved volunteering at the hostel!! It feels like a little family after a few days. Besides the amazing other volunteers, the coolest manager, Matteo, the staff is also super nice and fun. Would highly recommend it if you're looking for a the hostel job, a lot of good memories and meeting people from all over the world!

Volunteering at the hostel was SO MUCH FUN! All the other volunteers and managers are very friendly and become very close friends. You meet a lot of travellers staying at your hostel and build a lot of meaningful connections. My favourite part was the guests extending their stays because they love the hostel and environment. Some of my favourite travel memories were made at this hostel and during this experience. Highly recommend

This was by far the best volunteer experience I had so far. Each day brings something new, and you get to interact with people from all over the globe. The work is a mix of interacting and helping the guest if they have any questions, and organizing the activities. The best part is the community—it feels like being part of a big, international family. It's a perfect spot to improve your people skills, pick up new experiences, and have a great time while you work.

I did it with my friend, and it was a really cool experience. It was my first time doing a more social job, and I loved working as a guide. Koh Samui is beautiful, and I had plenty of free time to enjoy the island. One thing that upset me when I arrived was that they placed me and my friend in different hostels, even though we had applied to go together. There are 4 locations of this hostel on the island, and they don't tell you which one you'll be working at until you get there.

My experience at the hostel was average. When I arrived the manager wason holidays, then she proceeded to blame me on doing many things when she wasn't even there to explain them. Racist comments were made about the choice of volunteers to bring, and the hours weren't clear. The workload is fine if it is according to the JD, the hostel is amazing, but the overall communication was flawed. Although I had to leave early due to an urgent situation, the manager was accommodating and understanding, a thing I am very grateful for.
