The experience

Im looking for respectful, creative, reliable, energetic, social and fun people to help out in a wide variety of activities!
Theres always something to do at the house, from welcoming guests to planting tomatoes in the garden or painting rooms or building something new or surfing! You need to like being around others, interacting with guests, making them feel at home and of course having a lot of fun! I'd prefer if you can stay a minimum of 1 mon

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Parties: Get discounts at nearby parties and clubs.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Requirements

Fluent English or Beginner Spanish

Between 20 and 50 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

Some of the activities (but never never NEVER limited to) are:

- assist with bookings (checking in/out guests)
- organizing activities (surf lessons, movie nights, etc)
- keep records of guests
- Painting/decorating the house
- cleaning up (rooms, common areas)
- being creative
- updating social networks
