The experience

Join us in Australia to help renovate an old railway carriage into unique accommodation! As a volunteer, you’ll assist with painting, carpentry, and planting native fruit trees, while maintaining our orchard. Gain hands-on experience in sustainable practices and connect with like-minded individuals in a beautiful setting!


What you offer

16 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens


What you get

2 days off per week

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

I currently have camping and van spaces available while I work on making the railway carriage look inviting. In the meantime, I can offer hot showers, laundry facilities, a camp kitchen, and some meals, along with plenty of fresh fruit. Please note that there is mobile phone coverage, but no internet access.


Activities & Shift

Would be a great bush experience for people who want to experience rural Australian off grid living in nature.
