The experience

WE ARE NOT RECEIVING APPLICATIONS AT THIS MOMENT
Join us at a peaceful nature retreat with 9 cozy bungalows and stunning natural surroundings. We’re looking for a creative and proactive volunteer to help us promote the glamping online, attract new guests, work on price deals and share the beauty of this place with the world!

This winter we want to host small retreats (yoga, women circles, breathwork, movement) and need help reaching organizers.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Music: Perform to entertain guests, children or local communities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 23 and 45 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

We’re looking for someone who is:
Passionate about digital marketing, sales and travel
Comfortable working independently and bringing new ideas
Has basic knowledge of social media management or marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Booking platforms etc.)
Comfortable sending many DMs daily.

(Optional but great!) Experience in hospitality, content creation, or tourism marketing

Activities & Shift

Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and Google
Take and edit photos/videos of cabins, common areas, and guests’ experiences
Support with sales strategies — for example, improving our profiles and attracting guests for winter season
Find retreat organizers on Instagram & Facebook groups (we provide hashtags & groups).
Post a few short announcements per week in selected groups.
