The experience

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as volunteer receptionists, housekeepers, and baristas. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet travelers from around the world, gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, and fully immerse yourself in the rich Cambodian culture. 🌿


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.


What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely


Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate French

Between 21 and 60 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Activities & Shift

Assist with serving breakfast and taking orders, check-in and check-out procedures, serving drinks including espresso coffee and assist housekeeping as necessary
Shifts from 7 AM to 12 NOON or 4PM to 9PM


Rules

No smoking inside, especially cannabis
Orchid 101 operates a strict zero-tolerance of sex tourism policy
No drinking of alcohol or taking drugs during shifts
