What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Activities & Shift

👨‍🍳 Position 1: Assistant Chef (Full-time)
Period: Dec 1 – Apr 1

Requirements:
Must speak English or Chinese
Must have a valid work visa
Driver’s license required (for shopping and supply runs)


Work 2 days, off 1 day

Work Schedule:
12:00 – 14:00: Preparation or shopping
15:00 – 21:00: Cooking / food service
21:00 – 21:30: Cleaning

🧋 Position 2: Front Staff / Bar Counter / Dishwasher (Full-time)
Period: Dec 1 – Apr 1

Requirements:
Must speak English and Japanese
Must have a valid work visa
Driver’s license preferred (for occasional shopping trips)

Work 2 days, off 1 days

Work Schedule:
13:00 – 14:00: Shopping
15:00 – 21:00: Service & dishwashing (dishwasher provided)
21:00 – 21:30: Cleaning and closing

Accommodation & Meals&Payment

* ¥30,000/month (shared tatami room for 3 people)
* Near Goryu area, 15 min walk to ski resort (2 km, free bus available)
* Kitchen available for use
* Salary is paid around the 15th of each month.
