The hostel is a very nice place 👌 you can make a lot of new friends. local and foreign. The staff and other volunteers are very friendly and make you feel at home. There are two beautiful dogs, soft drinks and coffee. I will miss you

I couldn't have found a better place for my first volunteering experience. The staff members were really supportive and were constantly giving feedback. The shift schedules were always sent at the beginning of every week, so if you want to travel you can ask them in advance and they will try to manage it. The tasks are manageable and are not tiring, so you'll still be able to explore Istanbul during your stay at the hostel. I will miss Soda and Coffee, they are the stars of the hostel 🐶 thank you Nese, Onur, and Emrah for everything.

I really enjoyed my experience at the hostel the past month. The staff are welcoming, funny, generous people. Tasks were explained clearly and are not difficult. It is also a great space to meet other travelers. I can't speak more highly of this hostel.

Let's start with the good: -hostel is well located, on the Asian side. -workers are amazing people. - Tasks aren't hard. The downside: - There is an unexplainable bad energy here , no one working here feel happy , but they can't say anything because they need the job -Management is terrible from the person in charge , the shift's hours are more than what is said and depending on your gender , you'll get a totally different experience, too bad that one person is in charge of so many things but unqualified for all of them I don't recommend this experience .

It was an amazing time. I spent over a month at the hostel, extended my stay once and already plan to come back. Tasks are not hard: housekeeping or helping with a cafe. Also you can host events if you want to. But the people were the best part. Volunteers, workers and guests all spend time together. We became a true family at this short amount of time. Besides, you have a chance to meet locals and participate in local events. Now I feel like I have home away from home. Can't recommend this experience more!

I spent an amazing stay at the hostel. The work is easy and it's only few hours so you will have plenty time to explore the city. The hostel is located in Kadikoy which is an amazing neighbourhood to stay in Istanbul, its very peaceful, trendy and young with a lot of bars and restaurants. I've met a lot of wonderful people here. the hostel definitely feels like home. ❤️🇹🇷

This was absloutley wonderful experience for me.😊 The hostel has amazing atmosphere, you get the chance to meet many international travelers and locals as well. The hostel crew is super nice, they make you feel at home right away and the work usually only takes few hours a day, so you get the chance to explore surrounding areas. 🌏 If you get the chance to volunteer at this place, I definitely recommend you do it! 😁

I spent almost two months in Istanbul and I volunteered at the hostel for the whole time. When I first planned to go to Turkey, I never expected to be in a place where I could call home although being so far from my actual home. Great support and help from the owners and manager, loved to share story and moments with the other volunteers and no place is better than the hostel if you looking for an authentic local experience. It was definitely one of the best time I had while travelling. Thanks a lot to Ilker and Onur who were always available to assist us with whatever was needed.
