I stayed at the the hostel for about 2 weeks working as a bartender. The hostel is nice and quiet, wonderfully located in the hostel. The shifts are really manageable working from 5pm to 10pm. It is easy to learn how to handle the bar and how to make cocktails as you will be explained on your first day there. You will get the chance of getting to know other fellow travellers, have nice conversations while also helping them with travel tips or learning something from them. You will also get the time to get to know the city or have your free time. I really recommend :)

The hostel is in a very central location in the hostel. The team made me feel very welcomed from the get-go and the tasks are quite easy and fun. The bar menu isnt very long and due to the size of the hostel, the bar never gets crowded so you get to make friends with the other guests and give them great attention. I had a lot of fun here!

A little bit boring for me, i worked at the bar and what there was nobody coming, so I just waited at the bar for 5 hours. Also, they don't offer "free tours" or discounts on tour. So, besides having a free bed I didn't see the point working there, so I ended up leaving after a few days. The hostel is in a very Nice neighbourhood and the hostel staff is nice, but it's not a place to go if you expect to meet a lot of people.

A experencia no Dragon Fly foi excelente, todos do staf são muito legais, pessoas incriveis. A Maria também me tratou super bem desde a minha chegada. O trabalho era bem tranquilo e eu tinha duas folgas na semana, deu p aproveitar bastante e ainda aprendi muitas coisas sobre o País. A verdade que foi a melhor experencia que tive ate agora. Quero agradecer demais a todos do Dragon fly, espero voltar qualquer dia por aí, recomendo demais.

Es un hostel muy tranquilo y muy bien ubicado, en el corazón del hostel. Cerca a transporte por lo que puedes ir a cualquier parte de lima, las tareas son sencillas y es un sitio donde es muy agradable el ambiente, el equipo de trabajo es muy bueno, las tareas en el bar te permiten conocer y conectar con otros viajeros. Un sitio totalmente recomendable

Tive uma experiência muito legal no Hostel. As tarefas e horários foram cumpridos conforme o combinado e o voluntariado é bem tranquilo. A localização é boa e tem tudo perto. Recomendo!

Recomendo! Passei 10 dias no hostel de Lima e se tivesse mais tempo, com certeza teria pedido para ficar mais. Fiquei responsável pelo bar na terraza do hostel e gostei muito! Meu turno era de 5pm até 10pm e minhas principais atividades foram: organizar o espaço, controlar o estoque, atender os hóspedes e servir cervejas e drinks, controlar o caixa e passar os registros para a recepção. Sobre o hostel: localização incrível, quartos confortáveis, limpeza ótima, desayuno muito bom e staff super receptivo. Mabel y equipo do hostel, muchas gracias por todo :))

Fue una muy buena experiencia! El hostel esta muy bien ubicado por lo tanto pude caminar tranquila en cualquier horario, y la tarea del bar es muy tranquila! el equipo y los voluntarios son muy buenos, me sentí super cómoda!
