The experience

Imagine waking up surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of Tulum, in a modern treehouse! We offer you the opportunity to be part of an incredible project in one of the most beautiful destinations in Mexico! 🌴✨

We are mainly looking for someone with experience in house keeping/cleaning to help us for 1-2 months or longer if we are both happy.

What you offer

6 hours of help per day

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Fluent Spanish

Between 18 and 60 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

We are 100mts from Cenote Dos Ojos (3km from the Federal Highway Cancun - Tulum)

Activities & Shift

We are looking for passionate and motivated volunteer to join our team and assist in various areas:

Mainly Housekeeping: Help maintain the cleanliness and order of rooms and common areas, ensuring that all spaces are spotless for our guests.

Receptionist: Provide essential information to guests, attend to their needs, and ensure their stay is unforgettable.

How many hours of work per day?
5 hours per day

How many days off a week? Depending on Occupancy
1 day off

Extra:
Content Creation: Posting Stories and Reels when there is low occupancy to try to increase the number of reservations.

Help with Gardening or Maintenance to keep improving the property and the experience for our guests.
