The experience

Come & help us with looking after dogs, cleaning & gardening in small doggy daycare in London (SE1) Position is open from 3 July for 2 month stay. Dogs are VIPs in our house, and everything else works around them. We work as team & our volunteers come to help us with the dogs care, dog walks, cleaning and gardening. This position would suit proactive, hands on person. The tasks are easy on weekly routine. Most of your afternoons free.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Pet Sitting: Taking care of and looking after pets.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

Behind every dream is a reality. Opportunity to spend time with different breeds dogs, and experience, what it really takes to run the daycare, which is in our house. There is long walks, playtime, daily house cleaning, laundry & some gardening. Help is needed in the morning, occasionally some afternoons & weekends.
Day starts at 7.30am, but most afternoon you are to explore London. We have a bike available. Max 25hr.

Activities & Shift

Dog walks, entertainment, play time, gardening, lots of cleaning, taking pics of dogs, social media. Watering and gardening in garden and allotments.
Morning jobs 7.30-8, daycare opens 8am, walk is at 10am for 2 hours. Daily house cleaning. Gardening involves watering allotments, mornings & some evenings in hot summer.

Rules

No smoking, parties, musical instruments, other pets, unknown guests.
