Program Details

As our Yoga Instructor or Holistic Teacher, your primary responsibilities will be leading classes and creating wellness experiences for our guests. Your tasks will include:

Daily Yoga Sessions: Lead one or two yoga classes per day (morning and/or evening), focusing on various styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, or Yin Yoga. Adjust classes to suit beginner and intermediate levels, ensuring everyone feels included.
Holistic Workshops (Optional): If you specialize in other holistic practices such as meditation, breathwork, sound healing, or Ayurveda, you can also host workshops or one-on-one sessions to enrich our guests’ experience.
Wellness Events: You can help organize wellness-related events, such as group meditations, nature walks, or wellness talks, to foster a sense of community and relaxation among our guests.

Activities & Shift

You'll typically help for 16 hours per week, leading daily yoga or wellness sessions. Classes are usually held in the early morning or late afternoon (we are flexible), leaving you plenty of free time during the day to explore the city or relax. We offer flexibility in scheduling based on guest interest and participation.

Rules

Commitment: We require a minimum stay of 1 week to ensure consistency for our guests and to give you enough time to build relationships with them. Longer stays are encouraged for those who wish to fully immerse themselves in the experience.
Professionalism: We expect you to arrive on time for your classes and deliver them with enthusiasm and professionalism. Clear communication and respect for different skill levels are key to creating a positive environment.
Independence: While we will support you with class promotion and logistics, you should feel confident working independently and creating a schedule that fits both your and the guests' needs.
Respect & Mindfulness: As you will be working in a communal living space, it’s important to respect the hostel environment, including its quiet hours, shared spaces, and the local culture.
