I came to Gozo to do first volunteer work and i couldn't have chosen a better place my accommodation was just a 3 minute walk from where i worked in Saltside. It was great for improving my English, meeting people and getting to know a new place. Since it was winter the work wasn't as intense because there weren't as many costumers as in the summer. Also, my boss Alex gave me the opportunity to chose how i wanted to distribute my working hours throughout the week. If i needed anything, Chris was always quick to bring it to me and help me with whatever was necessary.

I felt very welcomed by Chris & Juni! They helped to explore options on what will work for us both & came to an arrangement! I have enjoyed working in the kiosk, you do work hard, get to be apart of a friendly team was nice. The location is fabulous to work alongside the sea! Can be windy during the winter season, though in summer I've heard it's amazing. The room is being renovated and is a work in progress but the team are working hard on it and I am sure it'll be fantastic once fully complete! I have learnt many things from the team & whilst being behind the bar & contributing to duties
