The experience

We are blessed with a stunning location, directly on the coconut shaded beach of M'Pai Bay - traditional fishing village, now independent traveller hotspot.

We employ amazing local staff who cook, clean. You will help prepare for guest arrivals and welcome and check outs.

Be at ease with guests, enjoy meeting and talking to interesting people, healthy food and remote island life. Lets jump on a call and meet soon! ;-)

What you offer

28 hours of help per week

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Parties: Get discounts at nearby parties and clubs.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner French

Between 25 and 55 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

We run ‘Cambodia's best beach front hotel of the year 2024’!

We are not 5* luxury, but the unique guest experience of being comfy, well looked after and having all you need, in such a beautiful, natural, remote island location, works well for us, at this time.

For 10 years we have initiated and run a medical project, know as 23 Health Post, which now runs in collaboration with Cambodia's Ministry of Health. We support this and will invite you to help with kids initiatives or similar activities we can make happen during your time with us.

We ask volunteers to bring positive vibes and good energy; taking good care of guests thoughtful is our backbone of what we do. We welcome you to join us ;-)
