The experience

¡Hola! Somos una familia sureña apasionada por el turismo rural y la sostenibilidad. Actualmente, estamos trabajando en un emocionante proyecto que combina camping y la construcción de una hermosa posada para atraer a diferentes tipos de turistas. Ofrecemos la oportunidad de involucrarte en la crianza de animales de granja, cuidar de nuestro huerto y aprender sobre prácticas sostenibles.

What you offer

6 hours of help per day

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Beginner Spanish or Fluent English

Between 25 and 45 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Be from outside Chile

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

Criamos animales, y cuando se inicia la temporada atendemos a los turistas quienes se quedan en carpa, nos preocupamos de la limpieza en general

Activities & Shift

Las actividades a realizar son alimentar animales, limpiar sus casas cada cierto tiempo, picar leña, entrar leña, mantener el baño limpio, ayuda en cocina, ayuda en las construcciones, entre otras.

Rules

Buscamos gente proactiva y comprometida, con ganas de trabajar y de aprender, que no tengan miedo a ensuciarse. Las horas pueden ser flexibles porque depende del clima, materiales, si hay alguna urgencia veterinaria etc. Pero les aseguro que se llevarán una experiencia inolvidable y que aprenderán mucho, además nos encontramos en un lugar muy lindo, al lado del río. Puedes salir a pasear en kayak, bañarte en el río,esteros o perderte en el bosque.
