The experience

We're a hostel in Hanoi Old Quarter looking for new volunteers.

Your main tasks will include helping in the reception checking in/out guests, booking tours and bus tickets, giving recommendations about different attractions and activities...

You'll get free food, accommodation and laundry in exchange for your help :)

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 19 and 35 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Vietnam
