My time at Phan Ri Cua was amazing! the school and the other staff working there were incredibly welcoming and helping in anything we needed. Nice schedule working just 3h per day, they tell you what are you gonna teach (no need to prepare anything), some nights with card games, fancy dinner or karaoke and lots of free time... I highly recommend renting a motorbike from Mui Ne to go to the town making sure you have more freedom to move arround (this is the usual transport here, no walking) I really enjoyed my short time in here!

This was an amazing experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a local experience in Vietnam. The teaching was simple and we had clear instructions and all the other staff and volunteers were so friendly and social. We enjoyed beers and meals together often after teaching. Definitely a great experience!!

The school is an amazing host , he is very welcoming into his home and really goes abobe and beyond to be there for you with anything you need . It's a great work / life balance and you have a lot of free time to do your own things . Teaching English was a first for me but I'm glad I did it here as they really made it easy to start , the kids and other teaching aids are so grateful for you to be here . I truly recommend this to anyone wanting to try out teaching English , meeting other travellers and seeing what a small Vietnamese town and the people are like :)

It was a truly wonderful experience. the school and his wife are fantastic people, incredibly helpful and kind. I've been here for two weeks and they've gone by way too quickly. The project at the school is truly wonderful; the children are amazing and happy to learn. For sure, you will have a lot of fun!! Sharing the experience with the other volunteers made it all perfect. Delicious food, karaoke nights, and excursions on free days. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Teins English School for three weeks and felt instantly welcomed and supported. Dana and Owen, the English teachers, were amazing—super helpful and made teaching feel easy, even as a beginner. We taught for three hours each evening and received three meals a day, snacks, and great support in return. Expectations were clear, and the balance of work and free time was perfect. On days off, Tein took us around his town, sharing local culture and helping us connect with the community. The friendships with other volunteers and locals made the experience truly special.

I had a really good time staying here. From the start, the host( the school) was incredibly helpful, especially with arranging transport to and from the place, which made things so much smoother for me. The work itself was fair and quite enjoyable. the school really goes out of his way to make sure everyone feels comfortable and well looked after. You can tell he genuinely cares about the volunteers. Overall, I felt welcomed and supported throughout my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking

I had a great time during my first volunteer experience. the school was an amazing host — he accommodated us well and provided everything we needed. He was very patient and helpful, both with us and with the kids. It's no surprise the kids like him so much! He always did his best to help and encourage them to speak more English, and he even organized activities to strengthen the bond between the kids and the volunteers.

I stayed here for almost a month and kept postponing my departure. So here's what you can expect: slow mornings at the lovely nearby cafés and peaceful walks by the beach, ping-pong afternoons at the sports centre, top-notch food cooked by Dau, shared meals at local restaurants and social barbeque nights. For me, the karaoke nights with the school's friends were definitely the highlight. As per the work itself, it's the first time I actually enjoyed teaching and connected with the kids. There's not enough space to put it into words; the place and the people I met here will stay in my heart forever.

Great experience, I recommend it to everyone! the school (the host) runs 2 private schools teaching English to locals, with over 200 kids so there is a huge need for volunteers!
