Join us in Uganda to support community outreach, teaching, and hands-on construction projects that directly benefit children and families in need. From building boreholes and classrooms to empowering youth through education and awareness campaigns—your help matters here.

What you offer

6 hours of help per day

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely


Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 18 and 80 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers


What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Program Details

We work closely with underserved schools, health centers, and villages that lack essential infrastructure and personnel. Our projects are focused on sustainable change—and you can be part of that journey.

🧒🏾 You might assist with:

Teaching English, math, or basic skills to children
Supporting youth and women’s empowerment sessions
Organizing events or awareness campaigns

🏗️ Or help physically build:

Boreholes for clean water
Classrooms for partner schools
Sanitary facilities for communities

📲 There’s also space for volunteers with skills in:

Social media & digital storytelling
Fundraising strategies
Reporting and impact evaluation

We offer flexible dates and durations, and tailor the experience to your strengths and interests.


Activities & Shift

Volunteer activities vary by project, but typically include:

6 hours/day, 5 days/week

Free weekends for exploration or rest

Hands-on work (construction, teaching) or creative/administrative help (social media, outreach)

You'll be placed in a role that fits your background, and no prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and willingness to help.
