The work arranged by the host is very reasonable and relaxed. The time is very flexible. The host is very humble, kind and enthusiastic. He introduced me to a lot of local culture, He prepared a clean and cosy room for me. At the same time, I also met a lot of interesting people and made a lot of friends here. I am very happy to meet them. I highly recommend everyone to come here.

I stayed with my partner at the guest house in Bogotá and we couldn't have had a better time. We came for a week and a half but if we could we've stayed longer. Valentina and Felipe received us well and got us everything we needed. We had a private room, hot shower, kitchen available and really wide and good spaces at our disposition. Good thing is you have these good spots to chill, seat, read and have a coffee being surrounded by plants. The jobs are good, variable, flexible, but all well combined and cleared up beforehand. We can housekeep, paint, and do according to the needs. Very thankful!

I loved my time at the guest house and I wish I could have stayed longer. The team is great and the work I did (housekeeping & plant care) was always completed within the time agreed on. The hostel is beautiful and in a great location to explore Bogotá. I highly recommend volunteering here :)

I didn't enjoy it because they da poor job in looking out for you if you've never did such work. They don't provide working clothes so you run the risk of ruining your clothes and shoes and they don't really show much care. The working hours were agreed upon on the first day and still I had to wait an hour for someone in charge to show up on almost every day, wasting my time. I didn't get safety glasses provided while scrubbing walls, so I even got some particles in my eye, so I had to go to the doctor and when I got back the first concern was when I could make up for the work I missed

La casa fue nuestra primera experiencia en Voluntariado, y fue muy hermosa y enriquecedora. Desde el primer día nos sentimos recibidos con calidez. Felipe y Valentina son personas que comparten con mucha apertura su amplio conocimiento, procuran la armonía en el entorno y con paciencia nos fueron enseñando lo procesos para realizar las actividades, también nos invitaron a visitar mercados de plantas y de frutas, nos mostraron una parte muy bella de la gran diversidad tan rica que tiene Colombia. En la casa hicimos hermosas amistades. Estamos enormemente agradecidxs por todo el aprendizaje

Desde el inicio fue una gran experiencia, Felipe nos recibió con los brazos abiertos y nos compartió muchísimo acerca de Colombia, es una persona con muchísimo conocimiento. Realmente todos en la casa nos hicieron sentir como en casa, Valentina, la Señora María, Betsabé, Marcela, Erika, las demás voluntarias, una experiencia que guardaré con mucho cariño!

Felipe y Valentina me hicieron sentir muy arropada desde el primer momento. La casa es preciosa y pudimos tener una habitación con baño propio. Los espacios comunes te hacían sentir en casa. Nos acompañaron a visitar varios mercados locales y pudimos disfrutar de talleres de artesanía que se ofrecían en la casa. También, fueron muy flexibles en cuanto a horarios de trabajo y nos enseñaron con paciencia muchas tareas que no sabíamos hacer anteriormente. Además la ubicación es perfecta para poder visitar la ciudad.

Desde el primer día, Felipe nos acogió atento y cuidador. Nos facilitó una habitación individual con baño muy acogedora. Estuvimos desarrollando tareas de reparación y tanto Felipe como Valentina estuvieron atentos y nos fueron explicando todo con paciencia ya que no teniamos experiencia en dichas actividades. También Felipe nos enseñó sobre culturas indígenas y nos sumergió en la cultura local. La casa es preciosa y el lugar ubicado es una maravilla. Además de que, los horarios son flexibles y permiten organizarse el día según necesidad. Recomiendo mucho esta experiencia. Gracias por todo!
