Our village is a simple rural community located on the outskirts of Bandung, offering a unique blend of natural beauty and the complexities of rural life. What you offer

15 hours of help per week

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely


Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 18 and 40 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

Our program offers children a unique opportunity to learn about different cultures through language exchange programs, cultural workshops, and international volunteer projects. By participating in these activities, children will develop a global perspective, enhance their communication skills, and gain a deeper appreciation for their own cultural heritage.


Activities & Shift

Your days will be filled with meaningful interactions with the community. You'll be actively involved in daily tasks such as preparing meals, teaching English at the local school, and sharing stories about your home country. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to learn Pencak Silat alongside the children, fostering cultural exchange and building lasting friendships.


Rules

To ensure everyone feels comfortable and respected, please dress modestly. This means avoiding clothing that is too revealing, such as short shorts, tank tops, or swimwear. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our local customs.
