The experience I expected wasn't the experience that I received. The project needs more organisation and leadership from the host to support the volunteers with teaching as the age range was 4yrs to 15yrs which is difficult to teach effectively. The environment created in my host house made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe as a solo female. There is potential for the project to grow but it requires dedication from the host to develop it by getting more locals involved and not relaying on an international volunteer to develop it for him.

Conejakenia is a new project we are looking for local and international volunteers to help us grow.For the hosting house will try to improve,but hope you had your private room nobody was allowed to enter inside your private room apart from me your host.Will change the location for hosting other volunteers.
