Program Details

We expect our Worldpackers to be committed, open-minded, and eager to learn. Volunteers should respect local cultures, work well in a team, and be flexible, as tasks can change daily. Responsibilities may include gardening, eco-construction, social work, or content creation. In return, we provide training, support, comfortable accommodations, and healthy meals. You'll gain practical skills, have opportunities for cultural exchange, and enjoy free time to explore. We offer a welcoming environment where you can grow personally while making a positive impact.
