What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.


What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate Russian

Between 18 and 40 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

We expect our Worldpackers to be committed, open-minded, and eager to learn. Volunteers should respect local cultures, work well in a team, and be flexible, as tasks can change daily. Responsibilities may include gardening, eco-construction, social work, or content creation. In return, we provide training, support, comfortable accommodations, and healthy meals. You'll gain practical skills, have opportunities for cultural exchange, and enjoy free time to explore. We offer a welcoming environment where you can grow personally while making a positive impact.


Activities & Shift

Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, ensuring they are tidy, organized, and welcoming.
- Changing bed linens and towels regularly.
- Replenishing toiletries and other essential items in guest rooms.
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Cleaning floors.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the management.
- Assisting with laundry.
- Ensuring common areas are clean and presentable.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations.

*Confidentiality*: Respect guests' privacy and confidentiality; do not discuss guest information with others.
*Communication*: Communicate respectfully with guests and fellow staff members; be polite and helpful at all times.
*Assist Others*: Be willing to help fellow staff members and volunteers when needed.

*Follow Protocols*: Complete assigned tasks according to established procedures and checklists.
