Program Details

We are at the start of this beautiful project which means we are very flexible with help. It can include: Carpenter - Farming/ tree planting/ permaculture design - Art & home decor - Windsurf, yoga, or wellness instructor (Mainly for us and the other volunteers to start with) - Online development or support (We haven't developed anything yet) - Natural builder
We aim to open the space for November 2024 to guests, we would like to create a heart-warming community to anyone passing by. We expect to work about 4-5 hours a day/ 5 days a week depending on your project. Each person should come with a project and objective and we like to let space for initiatives. For each role & project, we are looking for some minimum experience and for people 22+ years old.

On ourside, we are always happy to share about cacao, bamboo, agroforestry, and much more!

Activities & Shift

We would love to create a culture where the group starts the day with an activity altogether before going to breakfast and starting the day.
Example:
8 am-9 am: Activity (we rotate volunteers to lead the activity)
9 am - 10 am: Breakfast (We have tortillas, eggs, beans & fruits)
10 am- 12 pm: Morning shift
12 pm - 3 pm: Lunch & Relax
3 pm - 6 pm: Afternoon Shift
7 pm- 8 pm: DInner
8 pm: Relax, bonfire.

Rules

No Drugs, No parties (we enjoy bonfire nights, music jam, and board games but no loudspeakers), and respect of all people and animals is key.

We are very flexible with weekly schedules and tasks but if a volunteer does not show up, communicate, clean after him/her/themselves, and participate in their shift/activities, we will end the volunteering. We seek to create a nice environment where we are pro-active, supporting each other and good community members.
