Help us building and gardening on a low-tech, natural environment
The experience
We welcome experienced, motivated volunteers with building and/or gardening skills. The work also needs alright physical condition, you might lift heavy things.
Building projects:
- On our renovated roof we still need to finish some smaller projects.
- There is a strawbale wall which we need to plaster with cob, you can learn how to make and use natural plasters.
There are also lot of garden and other projects
What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Farming:
Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.
Building & Repairing:
Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
Gardening:
Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

🌱 We kindly ask volunteers to contribute €15 per week to help support our project and cover essentials we can’t grow or produce ourselves.
We live on a low-budget and aim to source most of our food from the garden or wild nature, so this small donation helps us stay self-sufficient while sharing this experience with you✨
What you get
2 days off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Tent:
You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Requirements
Intermediate English or Fluent Hungarian
Between 23 and 40 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
What's not included
Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Great, here is more space!
So, there are also lots of gardening, harvesting and preserving and other projects like for example collecting firewood.

Rules
If we agree for example to meet up 8 in the morning then please don't come at 11... that's not really nice. Just have to write it because it happened sometimes.
Another thing is if you are unsure about something better to ask again, we won't be mad because we have to explain or show something :) Better to ask than doing it wrong.
