The experience

Join our surf camp team and enjoy the beach lifestyle while helping us create an amazing experience for our guests! As a volunteer, you’ll assist with organizing and supporting events both inside and outside the camp, help keep the kitchen clean and well-organized, and take care of daily waste disposal. This role is perfect for someone responsible, proactive, and ready to be part of a fun, friendly community by the sea.

What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English

Between 20 and 30 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
