The experience

Experience living on a yacht out of the water on the hardstand at Reback Island Marina

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Fluent English or Beginner English

Between 18 and 30 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

I’m looking for a motivated and self-sufficient individual who isn’t afraid to take initiative with minimal supervision. You’ll be helping out 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, and tasks will include sharing the cooking and cleaning. We’ll also be sharing the cost of addition food like snacks and drinks.

MY YACHT IS OUT OF THE WATER ON THE HARDSTAND AT REBAK ISLAND RESORT WHILE I DO MAINTENANCE.

In your free time you can enjoy the 4 star resort facility. A/C gym, large swimming pool, Bush walking, beaches and lots more

You will learn to do light or minor maintenance on my yacht.

If you stay on, you will learn to sail a catamaran when it goes back in the water. You will have to put up with a dry Australian sense of humour and jokes.

Activities & Shift

You must be willing to wash and clean and cook. You must be willing to do minor maintenance around my yacht. You will be helping 4 hours a your day?
I am prone to be lazy and you will be required to Motivate me and encourage me to do work.
I do a lot of relaxing, not much work and plenty of leisure time.
