The experience

Te invitamos a unirte a nosotros en el desierto de Sonora, a orillas del Río Cuchujaqui, donde tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollar tus habilidades en pesca, siembra, cosecha, arte, senderismo, y construcción ecológica. Este es un espacio único para conectar con la naturaleza mientras aprendes sobre la medicina ancestral de la cultura Yaqui, explorando sus conocimientos profundos y espirituales.
Ahora con la oportunidad de admirar el espacio.

What you offer

4 hours of help per day

Animal Care: Help look after and take care of animals.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Permaculture Course: Take part in our Permaculture course for free.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Beginner Spanish or Intermediate English

Between 21 and 35 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Be from outside Mexico

Program Details

Ofrecemos la oportunidad de desarrollar criterio hacia una causa familiar, y comunitaria. Siendo parte de las decisiones de las nuevas áreas de la granja, de la huerta, y de los senderos desconocidos hasta ahora.

Activities & Shift

Turnos matutinos y vespertinos. Siembra, cosecha, sistema de riego, limpieza de áreas, chequeo de senderos, y de río, bioconstrucción y cuidado de los animales.
