I enjoyed my time here. The work was straightforward and easy, although working outside can be taxing at times with the high humidity and heat, however Fanny always gave us a breakfast break with cake, fruit and juice. The volunteer house was roomy and has everything we needed and close to town and the beach. It is a small community with limited options, so if you are looking for a "nightlife" it might not be for you. The locals were all very friendly and the beach is great!

This was my ever first volunteering and i couldn't have ask for more. I fell in love with the places, the people and the whole experience. Fanny is so welcoming and hospitable, and the other volunteerings were as kind towards me. Definitely recommed it.💗

I don't think hiring just 1 volunteer is a good option. The town is beautiful, safe and quiet but kinda boring if you are looking for meeting new people, it's way too silent and calm, the restaurants opens at 4pm and close at 10pm. I think the host should informed you before arriving all these things, I'm wasn't looking for an spiritual journey, I wanted to connect with more people, share experiences and make new friends but sadly it wasn't provided. I have to thank Fanny for the trust and giving me a full house. I was good, but just that.

Eu acho que não mereco essa nota. A casa tava do jeito que eu falei, o trabalho também, a cidade pequena e calma também, você nunca perguntou se tinha outros voluntários e também não posso prometer que vai ter KKK depende das chegadas e estadias de cada um. As vezes tem 6 , as vezes só um. Não depende da minha escolha, por isso não entendo porque essa nota. Você foi bem recebido, esse é meu trabalho, meu compromisso com cada um de vcs. Na hora que você falou que queria sair mais cedo, concordei.

The inn is a very nice Pousada. Fanny is trying really hard to make it comfortable for everyone, both the guests and the volunteers. There's not a lot of contact with the guests, but with the other volunteers you can make great connections! Postal is an amazing place to stay, the beaches are stunning, and the small city is very charming. Easy to feel home. Also the house for the volunteers (Vila Bohemia) is a super nice place to stay! The work is fair, and divers. Fanny leaves space to negotiate about the jobs and the circumstances, which is very nice!

This was my first time using worldpackers and i couldn't have asked for a better experience! Fanny was such an incredible host and would go out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our time here. The work was fair and the accommodation was amazing! The location is also very nice, I didn't know much about the area before but i really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend this place!

Pontal de Maceió é um lugar incrível e pouco explorado por viajantes brasileiros no litoral do Ceará. Toda a equipe da pousada vai te receber muito bem e sempre estão disponíveis pra tirar dúvidas sobre a região. A Fanny e a Alice são uns amores, sempre perguntando pra gente de estamos bem e nos chamando pra passeios. Durante minha estadia fiquei em uma casa muito confortável separada da pousada, apenas pra voluntários, que fica na melhor localização da cidade, perto de restaurantes, supermercado e da praia, mas às vezes pode ser necessário ficar hospedado na pousada mesmo. Recomendo bastante!

Me inscrevi para a vaga ligada à mídia e site, mas como já havia outro voluntário responsável pelas mídias sociais e a pousada precisava de ajuda em outros projetos, igualmente ligados ao digital, fiquei com essa outra parte. Na prática, auxiliei com tarefas de organização de arquivos digitalmente, criação de e-mail marketing, pesquisa de ferramentas e disparo de e-mails. Foi bastante interessante, pois tem a ver com uma área que eu já tinha algum conhecimento, mas que não é ligada 100% ao que faço, então serviu para aprofundar skills que me serão úteis em outras experiências.

Foi muito bom estar com a Fanny e Alice durante esses quase 2 meses! comecei a aprender francês, fiz fotos e vídeos cada vez melhores das hospedagens, vivi momentos muito bons com elas e aproveitei bastante a calmaria do Pontal de Maceió. Super recomendo, saudades 🩵

Je recommande cette expérience les yeux fermés ! Il y’a toujours de choses intéressantes à faire chez Fanny. Le cadre de travail est vraiment idéal et agréable.

Fanny a été très accueillante et attentive à ce que tout se passe bien. Grâce à elle, nous avons pu découvrir Pontal de Maceió de façon unique ! Merci pour tout ❤️

O que falar sobre a Fanny, anfitriã maravilhosa, sempre preocupada com todos, mulher forte, amável e muito carinhosa. Adorei conhecer Pontal de Maceió, conheci muitas pessoas locais, praia maravilhosa, e os voluntário ...., amigos pra vida!!!!Primeiro voluntariado e tive muita sorte, fora um probleminha de coluna e por isso tive que antecipar minha volta pra SP, mas foi maravilhoso o tempo que passei com todos. Gratidão!!!!
