It was a good stay overall. You might feel alone at the beginning since no one tells you where is each thing, even your room. Mel is the best, she works so hard and is always open to help you. Is a good place if you want to know CPH since it's well situated.

I worked during breakfast, cleaning dishes and the dining area. The staff ( like Axel, Gabriel, Thomas...) and other volunteers were super nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was how the boss treated us (she wasn't respectful to us). Also, the app said we could borrow bikes for free, which I was excited about, but when we arrived, we were told we had to pay for them . After we asked about it politly she just removed it from the listing, so we had to rent our own bikes. Apart from that, it was a good experience and i recommend this hostel.

This was a great experience. I learned a lot and had a lot of time to explore the city. If you wanna get out of your comfort zone and learn something new, this is for you. Just have to warn you, the manager of the hostel was not as welcoming as you would expect. Her attitude scared us sometimes and made us uncomfortable. It is something that can definitely be improved very easily with a little bit of empathy and respect. In conclusion the experience was great, I was lucky to meet amazing people (other volunteers) who told me how the work works and how to get around. <3

3.5 would probably be the most honest rating. My experience started really well, I even asked to extend for another week, but it ended up being more challenging than expected. The job itself isn't hard, and some of the staff (like Mel, Axel, Angelique, and Wictoria) were truly lovely. My roommates were great, and I had fun moments and learned a lot about resilience. Communication from people in high positions could be improved. The facilities could use some updates too, as the kitchen is quite limited and the dryer doesn't actually dry clothes. I'd recommend it if you have strong soft skills.

My experience was nice! I had 2 days per week of and 4 hours of work per workday. So I had a lot of time to explore the city. The hostel is a bit out of the City Centre, but the metro is around the corner and I could use the bikes from the hostel all the time!! Work hours were fine! You helped in the kitchen with cleaning the dishes and preparing for the next days. Overall a nice experience!!

This was my first experience with world packers and it honestly couldn't have been better. Working with the hostel & hostels was simply amazing. Everything was better than I expected. All the staff were great and friendly, I made friends for life! The room is separate from the guests and we had our own bathroom, which was great. I am so happy with everything I experienced at this hostel that I will definitely be back in the future.

I highly recommend this option while you are in Copenhagen. The team working at the hostel is very friendly. The room is comfortable. The number of hours worked is fair. Thank you for hosting me this time!

Thank you for the experience, I really enjoyed it. Here are a few more things that might be good to know. The hostel is not a social hostel, so you rarely get to know the guests. But, you get to know a lot of super nice people, the staff and the other volunteers. I had a lot of fun with them. The work was fair and you have a lot of free time. This was my first experience with Worldpackers and I received a very friendly welcome.
