The experience

We're seeking a cheerful and friendly individual to be the welcoming face of our hostel in the heart of Hanoi. You'll be assisting with the day-to-day operations, ensuring our guests feel at home. Alongside the usual tasks, you'll also get to express your creativity by painting murals and organizing fun activities for our solo travelers.

If you're passionate about creating a positive and lively atmosphere, we'd love to have you on our team!

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Requirements

Fluent English or Beginner English

Between 20 and 50 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

We are looking for a volunteer who is keen to learn about the inner workings of a hostel and wants to learn about the Vietnamese culture.
Help our local team welcome guests at our hostel in Hanoi, Vietnam

Activities & Shift

We having 3 different shift as morning from 8.00am to 1.00pm, 3.00pm to 8.00pm and 9.00pm to 2.00am (next day)

Rules

We are not allow our worker bring any friend from outside come stay together inside the share dorm (It's mean the sharing dorm we are provides free for our worker ). Which is affect to our business and our customer too.
