The experience

We are looking for help for the reception of our hostel.
We are looking for someone who loves to interact with people and is well organized.
Being able to handle different computer programs and basic knowledge of google workspace would be awesome.

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

1 day off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Requirements

Intermediate English and Intermediate Spanish

Between 21 and 35 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

El puesto de recepcionista son 5 hs por día, 6 días a la semana con un día libre.
The receptionist position is 5 hours a day, 6 days a week with one day off.

Activities & Shift

Son dos turnos uno de mañana y otro en la tarde, generalmente se alternan pero también podrían ser fijos.
There are two shifts, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, generally they alternate but they could also be fixed.

Rules

El día libre debe avisarse con anticipación. Se solicita que se cumplan por favor con las normas tanto del hostel como del puesto solicitante.
The day off must be notified in advance. It is requested that you please comply with the rules of both the hostel and the applicant position.
