My experience as a volunteer at the eco village was unique. Jesus and Victoria, with their passion for healthy food and their warm hospitality, created an environment that goes beyond just work. As a volunteer, my tasks included cooking, serving at the tables, and cleaning. The presence of little Vicktor and their dogs, Ivy and Mango, made the atmosphere even more special. the eco village is a place where love for food and people is shared. Thank you for this experience!☀️🫶

The NutriLab the eco village is a full time experience and immersive volunteering. Not only the food but the local practices and the time shared with the family was great. The accommodation is beyond the expectation and they welcome you with care. The work we agreed to do was helping the Educational side of the Start up to raise. It was a unique experience and I personally got a great point of view with Vic, her gentle ways gained my heart. Jesus is a visionary and Viktor is full of energy, be ready. Also, Mango and Ivy are cute and smart. Thanks very for all the time and support shared.

Wow, what an incredible experience! My partner and I immediately felt like part of the eco village family. While we initially applied to help with their website and socials, we also worked as kitchen hands, dishwashers, and waitstaff, picking up new skills and delicious recipes along the way! I admire the mission and purpose of the Nutrilab and am proud to have contributed to their journey. Jesus and Victoria were so generous, offering to pick us up and drop us from the train and even inviting us on their day trip to Milan. I highly recommend this experience – I miss them all already!

WOW! My time at the eco village was incredible! Jesus, Victoria, Viktor, and Mango became my family for two weeks. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly at home. the eco village's mission and ethos are so inspiring—the sky is the limit for their goals. I'm so glad Tay and I could support them by helping with their website and working in the Nurtilab kitchen. If you're looking for a culinary detox and an authentic Italian experience (without the usual bread and pasta), this is the place! the eco village family is now my family away from home—I miss them so much!

I spent a fun and productive month with Victoria and Jesus in Bedizolle. I designed the website for the eco village and improved seo & social media presence. I had a fantastic experience - spending my days off in Milan & Padenghe sul Garda and ate amazing food. I even signed up to the local gym that was located 7 minutes by foot away from the farm. When you come, be prepared to share a room with (up to 2) other volunteers with a shared kitchen and bathroom - this worked out well for me as the girls were fantastic! I needed to da couple job interviews and Victoria was an angel facilitating that 🤍

All the experience was amazing!! The time cooking with Jesus on the kitchen tasks was very funny and I learnt new delicious recipes. Ours meals was together (host and volunteers) and always sharing histories and laughter. The time with Jesus, Vic, Mango and the other two volunteers was gorgeous and show me travel is about the people who cross your way and not just about the place. Thanks for the energy! It's a good place to plan visit the Lake del Garda, Brescia, Verona and (even) Rome. The unique problem is organise yourself about the bus time on the village.

Jesus and Victoria were really nice hosts. They made us feel at home and safe and we had a great stay. We had a great teamwork, and the tasks were quite simple. We had a lot of free time and enjoyed exploring the nice surroundings - there are a lot of enchanting villages not far away from the eco village. the eco village is a wonderful concept and we learned a lot from being a part of it. We would 100% recommend this experience to others.

This was my first experience as a volunteer, and I'm incredibly grateful to have had it at the eco village. It was both a beautiful culinary journey and a meaningful human experience. Jesus brings such positive energy to the kitchen, making every moment enjoyable, and I loved making vegan pancakes with his wife, Victoria.

I had an amazing time, Jesus and Victoria are lovely people and were so generous and kind to us. they really made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. We also had so much fun with Victor and Mango and felt part of the family. I learned so much in the NutriLab with the different tasks that didn't feel like work, very chill and hours v flexible. It's necessary to be open minded arriving at the eco village but you will not regret it, the experience refreshes everything you know about food, perfect for veggies/vegans. The accommodation was so comfortable and we could spend free time at the lake!
