We are looking for a passionate Guest Relations Officer (GRO) who will be the heart and soul of our resort, ensuring that every stay is not only enjoyable, but truly memorable!

What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Tour Guide:
Organize and lead tours around the city.
Administration:
Help with booking systems and payments.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
Gardening:
Help grow plants and cultivate gardens
What you get
2 days off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Discounts on Restaurants:
Get discounts at nearby restaurants.
Discounts on Drinks:

You can use our laundry room freely.

Fluent English
Between 20 and 38 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Activities & Shift
4-5 hours, 5 days a week

Rules
At our resort, we provide comfortable and convenient accommodations for a Guest Relations Officer (GRO), as well as three meals per day with a team member. Details are as follows:
Accommodation: Standard. Staff Rooms:
Location: Situated in the staff housing area, close to the main resort facilities and easily accessible.
Amenities:
Comfortable single and twin beds.
Air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
En-suite bathroom with a shower and basic toiletries.
Wardrobe and storage areas.
Desk and chair for administrative tasks.
High-speed Wi-Fi connectivity.
Basic kitchen appliances include an electric kettle.
