The experience
Hi, we would like a professional Wordpress developer to help us revamp a website.
If you have built mobile-first & SEO-friendly Wordpress sites for more than 10 clients, we'd like to have a chat!
We will have the pre-development preparation done for you, which includes user research, competitor analysis, user problems and objectives, ideation, and lo-fi wireframes... etc., your job is to continue to develop the website accordingly.

Requirements
Fluent English
Between 18 and 45 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
Be from outside Thailand

Program Details
As our site developer, you will enjoy free accommodation in one of our dorm rooms staying with other guests.
You will need to bring your own laptop with all tools required to complete the task.
We want to launch a new site/app for our brand in 2025, and a front end design aligned with our brand spirit is the first step; you will be the first volunteer in this programme!
Other than that, you will support our daily operation such as helping guests check in/out, engage guests in meals and outings, help when we host events... etc.
Activities & Shift
We don't care about your work hours, you need to enjoy life in/around the city as a digital nomad yourself, so you'll have high flexibility in scheduling your days as long as the basics are covered.
This is a project-based position, depending on how long you stay with us, we will define the scope of your contribution together and only look at the results.
Rules
1. Follow local laws & regulations, you're responsible for your own safety.
2. Follow other house rules like taking off shoes on guest room floors, keep a low volume after 22:00, only eat & drink sugary drinks in the dining area, no smoking/vaping in door...etc. Be a good role model to other guests.
3. We sign an exchange agreement with every volunteer.
