Program Details
Our expectation is that our potential applicants are screened prior to any arrangement with us. The jobs here at Ngāpeke require good mental and physical capability. There can be a lot of walking and carrying around the property. Health insurance for our overseas visitors is a must.
Activities & Shift
Start at 9am, finish at 3.30pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Very occasionally, we are required to work on other week days. If this happens you still have 4 days off but can fall on alternate days.
Breaks are morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea usually when we get around to it depending on the jobs we have planned for the day. We love our breaks so we make sure we have them.
None of us live at the property, so you will be alone outside of working hours unless other Worldpackers happen to be there at the same time.
Rules
Smoking and vaping areas are only permitted outside the property. Absolutley no illicit/illegal drugs are allowed. Excessive drinking of alchohol is not permitted. Permission from the farm manager to have personal social gatherings of more than 4 people is required a day ahead.
