Activities & Shift

As a volunteer, your daily routine will start with a routine check of all animals and their enclosures to ensure their well-being and safety. Following this, you will engage in cleaning duties, preparing and distributing food to the animals, and interacting with the animals to monitor their health and behavior. Special attention will be given to bottle-feeding offspring, including lions, tigers, antelopes, and bat-eared foxes, among others. Throughout the day, you will also be assigned various random chores, such as maintaining the compound to keep the environment safe and clean. Your shifts will be structured to allow a balance between these essential tasks and adequate rest, with 2 days off for you to relax and explore the surrounding towns.

Rules

To ensure the safety and well-being of both the animals and the team, we have a few important rules that every Worldpacker must follow. Smoking is prohibited while working near the animals to prevent any health risks or distress. Unauthorized entry into off-limit enclosures is not allowed under any circumstances, as these areas are designated for the safety and security of the animals. Additionally, the consumption of alcohol or recreational drugs during working hours is prohibited to maintain a professional and safe environment.
