The experience

We are a fabulous little surf camp that has been operating since 2011 in Nicaragua. As we've grown, so has our family. We need a great content creator, marketing intern and social media guru to help us get our website noticed and our bookings full.


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.


What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely


Requirements

Fluent German and Intermediate English

Over 23 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)


What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Activities & Shift

Marketing management including seo, coordinating relationships with marketing channels, influencers, social mexia channels. Cultivating backlinks, optimizing seo, creating promos and ads, guidance and consulting on all phases of marketing our little slice of paradise


Rules

act appropriately in front of guests... treat them nicely and as though you're not really sure if they're a priest, a policeman, or a drug dealer... just smile and help them if needed.
