As it was my first experience traveling solo and volunteering with Worldpackers, I had no idea what to expect. But from the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the most open, warm, and kind-hearted people. This community made me feel at home in a way I never imagined, and I can't recommend it enough. You truly have to come and experience it for yourself. P.S. The views are absolutely breathtaking.

My experience at the eco village was incredible! From the daily moments and the food to the genuine connection with other volunteers, everything made this place truly special. The tasks are easy to manage, and community life fosters strong bonds, allowing us to share what we have to offer while learning from others. More than just a volunteering experience, this was about connection with nature, with others, and with myself, where every moment felt meaningful. I already miss the unique energy of this place and highly recommend this experience to anyone willing to embrace it with an open heart!

As a first-time international volunteer, I couldn't have asked for more. The volunteer work itself was diverse and flexible. What made this journey truly special were the incredible people. The community brings together volunteers from all corners of the world, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where cultural exchange feels effortless. We made meals in turn so you can experience food from different cultures (btw food is amazing!). The landscape here is super; you can see the sunrise and sunset and enjoy the night skies full of stars. We went hiking on weekends; they are unforgettable.

The eco village is not just a place. Its a feeling, a home, a sanctuary for healing, and meaningful, deep connections. From the moment I stepped in, i could feel the energy the place has. I have met incredible people who have touched my heart in ways i cant put into words, teaching me lessons that will stay with me for life. the eco village has become my second home, i know i will come back again and again every chance i get. Im already missing everything- the people, the place, the magic of it. Thank you, the eco village, for a truly unforgettable experience!

Community is connection, and this connection goes beyond language, country, or borders. More than seven nationalities came together at the eco village, connecting through the beautiful empathy of people like Alessia, Giorgio, Katia, Shanta, Tommaso, Fofo, and all the volunteers who were there. They made us feel at home, sharing unforgettable moments through food, music, nature, art, and deep conversations. Thank you for giving meaning to this journey, and a special thanks to Benjamin for the opportunity to be part of this beautiful community. Simple and practical tasks, excellent food, a cozy place.

I had an amazing experience here. This is my 3th volunteering experience and by now my best. I learned a lot about cooking & yoga, met international travelers and had amazing hikes here. It feels like a home. Here we are open and talk about our feelings. It's truly a special place I will never forget.

My time at the eco village has been incredible! From the first moment I arrived I felt like I was accepted into a loving family and community. Between amazing pizza nights, baking fresh bread, hiking in the mountains, fancy dinners and cozy nights by the campfire there was never a full moment! I feel truly blessed to have met everyone at the eco village and to be a part of the community even for only 3 weeks. I would love to come back again! Thank you everyone for your kindness :)

The location and house are truly astonishing and both residents and volunteers were kind and loving people. The tasks consisted on cooking and cleaning, as well as taking care of the chicken and the land surrounding the property. I missed the agricultural part of the eco village, as well as practical opportunities to learn about ecology and sustainability. I was there in the quieter season, so there were very few activities going on. Overall, it was a good experience to live surrounded by nature and meet both locals who visited the community and international travellers.

The place is beautiful and the volunteers were wonderful. However, the Wi-Fi was unstable, and at first, the days off weren't consistent (though later adjusted). Most tasks were cleaning and cooking, not much gardening or agriculture. The page mentioned extra activities like language exchange or workshops, but those weren't available during my stay, at least. Maybe I was just unlucky. When the property hosted a wedding, volunteers were moved to humid rooms and the atmosphere felt more like a hotel than an the eco village. I wish the best to the project and understand it's still adjusting ❤️

The eco village is a place surrounded by beautiful nature and wonderful people. I really enjoyed the weeks I spent there and I'm grateful for the experience. At the same time, I feel there is still room for improvement in terms of organization and communication, which would make the stay even better for future volunteers.
