This volunteer opportunity was life changing and unforgettable. I was a guest in Marco's home in Reggio Calabria with his welcoming family and had excellent accommodation and meals provided. I felt right at home immediately. A typical day included English lesson in the morning, going to different beaches near Calabria/ Sicily and exploring the city at night. It was truly a cultural exchange program and Marco was very kind and willing to practice his English with me. I didn't feel like I was just working but spending time with friends and learning about Italian culture. I highly recommend!

Staying with Logoteta's family for my first Worldpackers experience was truly a stroke of luck. The entire family is incredible, so warm and welcoming that I instantly felt at home. They made me feel like part of the family, and the experience was heartwarming in every way. I had the chance to learn Italian, savor a variety of delicious local dishes, and explore amazing attractions with Marco. It never felt like I was just working, it felt more like spending time with friends on a summer vacation. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering this opportunity!

Maria is a very friendly person, it felt like we had already been friends for a long time. A girl with whom you can talk about everything, joke and she helped me a lot to unblock myself in speaking English. I'm glad I spent two weeks with you and whenever you want to come back you are welcome!
