I volunteered at the farm for 3.5 weeks, mostly is cleaning work, but also have a chance to do some interesting things like planting lavender. I am a remote worker. Sometimes I need to work in the morning but the work in the farm is mostly in the morning. So if you are digital nomad too you need to negotiate with Antonio well (in details!) before. The place where volunteers sleep is a typical room: two bedrooms(one is bigger and one is smaller), one living room, kitchen and bathroom. During my stay I had chance to explore nature, local cafe, nearby beaches even public hospital.

I really enjoyed my time at the farm, it is an ideal space for meditation and reflection, it is quiet and peaceful. Antonio was always collaborative, kind and interested in my well-being. I always saw him as having a good temper.

This was my first volunteering program and it couldn't have been better. The other volunteers and Antonio greeted me so calmly. Antonio is a really open minded and funny person. He is really flexible but sometimes you have to be flexible too if it's about work. But you always can solve any problems together. The only hard thing is he just can speak italian but he is really communicative and always using the translater so it is not really problem for a second. The farm is beautiful and peaceful, you really can connect with nature and the animals. Thank you Antonio for this experience. 💛

This was my first volunteering experience and it was amazing. Antonio is a great host, he is very funny and even though he doesn't speak english we always found ways to communicate. He took us everywhere we wanted to go and we always had so much fun with him and the other volunteers . The work is not hard and it's done very quickly. I loved the farm and all the animals especially the dogs, they were so sweet. I'm going to miss Calabria very much.

This was my first worldpackers volunteering experience and it was everything I could have wanted and more. The tasks - maintaining bnb rooms, cooking, cleaning, taking care of the animals - were all enjoyable, and the hours were never too intense. I got to travel and see the surrounding area during my free time, and I had so much fun and I grew so fond of the people I met here. With Antonio there is always a lot of laughs, ridiculous situations, and so much stupid fun.

La the farm is a beautiful place, it has a lot of potential and there is so much work to do that you can help with different skills. Antonio was an excellent host, very flexible and empathetic. We can only thank this place for the experience and it is perfect for those who want to learn Italian! Antonio taught us how to make pizza and we loved it so we could learn more about Italian culture.

I had a wonderful experience here. Antonio is very welcoming and accommodating. It's a special place here with the preschool, animals, and many things up and coming in the works. I think it is best for folks who can speak at least beginner Italian for communication! Also a great experience for Worldpackers looking for a quiet and calm experience away. I loved this place.

Antonio welcomed us warmly! Even though we had a language barrier, we have always found a way to communicate freely and it was no problem to solve any kind of problems. We felt safe during the whole stay and the accommodation was more than enough, having a whole apartment. By bike you can get to the city or beach and Antonio also made a hitchhiking tour with us and other locals, afterwards eating the best ice cream we've ever had. There we got in contact with other lovely people, getting the whole Italian experience. Thank you Antonio for your care!!
