Volunteers will work with students to increase their enthusiasm and to take advantage of raw talent. These children love football but often come without any proper coaching background including basic ball skills and understanding of how the game is played. SMWEF football projects are flexible and easily accessible, meaning, as a volunteer you can get creative, designing sessions and activities that suit both you and the children. We aim to get more children actively participating in the sporting community and living a healthier lifestyle. Volunteers will assist with coaching, nurturing the talented youth/footballers during training sessions in rural communities in Ghana.
